Listen, all I will say is I paid for what I got. The hotel staff were lovely, I have nothing to complain about when it comes to them. The location was fantastic in a safe place. They did have 24 hour security.  It doesn’t include air conditioning however, when I explain to the staff that I had a skin condition, they immediately brought fan to my room which was very nice of them..

We were a bit sceptical because of the bad reviews, but we nothing to complain about. We even extended our stay from 3 to 6 nights. Breakfast ist simple but as it is a buffet, you’ll have enough! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is caring.

Good size room, very clean and good facilities. Excellent location and felt very safe here. Staff were helpful booking us taxis and were accommodating to us checking in early.

The hotel is in Miraflores and easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and parks.
